With this t-shirt, we wanted to create something reminiscent of working men’s clubs of the 1970s and 80s. OffBeat screens films about working culture and it was important that we reflect this in the design of this t-shirt. We wanted to make something that celebrated the events themselves and their unique flavour and drew inspiration from old club t-shirts which are beautiful and stylish in their simplicity and their honesty. These kind of t-shirts started life as promotional material first and style icons second, we liked that and wanted to be true to it.
