Publicity
As agreed to on application, OffBeat and STST will publicise the inclusion of your artwork in the exhibition. This may include referencing you as the artist, your website/social handles and using images provided.
STST has a Photography and GDPR Policy that can be viewed on their website for full details. The work needs to be presented and framed to high quality and please make sure that it represents the photographs you provided. If it doesn’t, we may not include the work in the final show. Neither OffBeat not Staffordshire ST are interested in censorship, but as this is a group exhibition we want to ensure the work exhibited won’t offend anyone in that group.
Artwork Delivery
All artwork must be delivered to Staffordshire St, 49 Staffordshire St, Peckham, SE15 5TJ by EOP Monday 4th May.

Delivery Instructions:
On arrival please ring the buzzer and hand work to a STST team member. They will check the artwork off our list.
Artworks must be packed securely in sufficient packing material so it can be securely stored. (We cannot accept any damages to badly wrapped artwork.) This will be used to repack your artwork after installation.
The artwork must clearly labeled with:
Artist Name
Artwork Title
Artist Contact Details; phone/email
We understand that artists may need to use courier services to deliver artworks but we do not accept responsibility for any artwork left at the property inside or out that was not directly handed/ticked off by STST team.
To Note:
Commission of sold artworks is as follows; 50% Artist / 25% OffBeat / 25% Staffordshire St
Artwork is sold through Staffordshire St which is a VAT registered business as such price of artwork will be listed inc.VAT and this will be deducted from Sales Price before commission split. For example:

Opening Event
OffBeat Art Club will open on Thursday 7th May, from 6 - 9 pm . We look forward to welcoming all artists that can attend. Full details and access information can be found on Staffordshire St’s website here
